This Agreement is between You (“User”, “Member”, “Seller”, “Entrepreneur”, “Customer”) and My Easy Bazaar (“Company”, “Plaƞ orm”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By registering, accessing, promoting, purchasing, or using any service of My Easy Bazaar, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. NATURE OF PLATFORM

The company does not manufacture products and does not guarantee sales or profits
All buying and selling transacƟ ons occur directly between seller and customer
2. ELIGIBILITY

- Business owners must ensure legal compliance (GST, licenses if required)
The company may approve or reject any registration.
3. ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION
Users agree to
- Provide true and updated information
- Maintain confidenƟ ality of login details
- Be responsible for all acƟ vity under their account
False or misleading informaƟ on may result in suspension or terminaƟ on without noƟ ce.
4. SERVICES PROVIDED
Services may include:
- Business listing & promotion
- Customer connection campaigns
- Digital marketing support
- Seller networking meetings
- Events, exhibitions & tours
- raining and recognition programs
Services may change, expand, or stop anytime without prior notice.
5. MEMBERSHIP & PAYMENTS
5.1 Fees:
Membership, promotion, advertising, and event participation may involve fees
5.2 Payment Terms:

- Late payments may suspend services
5.3 Non-Refundable Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless approved by company management in special cases
6. SELLER & ENTREPRENEUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Sellers agree

- Maintain quality and pricing transparency
- Handle delivery and service commitments
- Follow tax and legal requirements
- Avoid illegal or restricted items
False or misleading informaƟ on may result in suspension or terminaƟ on without notice
7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users shall not:
- Misuse company name/logo
- Create fake offers or misleading ads
- Conduct fraud or illegal business
- Damage brand reputation
- Use platform for unlawful activities
Violation may lead to permanent termination without refund.
8. BRAND & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights related to
- Name “My Easy Bazaar”
- Logos & designs
- Event concepts
- Promotional campaigns
are owned by the company.
Unauthorized use or duplicaƟ on is strictly prohibited
9. MARKETING & MEDIA CONSENT
By joining, you grant permission to:
- Use your business name and logo
- Publish product photos
- Share event photos/videos
- Promote your business across media
This includes social media, print, website, and advertisements..
10. EVENTS, TOURS & PROGRAMS
The platform may organize:
- Business meetings
- Seller networking events
- Training sessions
- PTours & celebrations
- Award and recogniƟ on programs
Participation may involve separate fees.
The company is not responsible for:
- Travel risk
- Personal injury
- Personal loss
- Individual expenses
during events or tours
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
My Easy Bazaar shall not be liable for
- Business losses
- Profit expectations
- Customer disputes
- Product complaints
- Delivery delays
- Partnership conflicts
Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fee paid to the company.
12.TERMINATION
The company may suspend or terminate access if
- Terms are violated
- Fraud or misconduct occurs
- False information provided
- Brand reputation harmed
Termination can occur without prior notice and without refund.
13.SERVICE MODIFICATION
We may:
- Modify services
- Change pricing
- Update policies
- Stop services
at anytime without prior notice
Continued usage means acceptance

15.REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

16. LEGAL & GOVERNING LAW

The company shall not be responsible for delays or failure due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Technical failures
- Pandemic or emergency situations
