Order Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched
- Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers may refuse delivery at the doorstep, subject to applicable charges.
- The cancellation time window varies based on product category and is clearly mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page.
- After the cancellation window expires, cancellation may not be allowed or may attract a cancellation fee.
- Product unavailability
- Quality issues
- Logistics constraints
- Force majeure events
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Violation of platform terms
In such cases, customers will not be charged, and prepaid amounts will be refunded in full.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund status can be tracked from the Order Details section.
2.Hyperlocal / Minutes Delivery CancellaƟ on Policy
Orders placed under Minutes / Hyperlocal Delivery are non-cancellable and non-refundable via self-service due to rapid fulfilment timelines.
Cancellation or refund may be allowed only via Customer Support if
- The order is not delivered within the promised Ɵme
- The delivery partner has not picked up the order
- The seller has not accepted or has cancelled the order
- Any other exceptional reason approved by My Eazy Bazaar
3. Returns Policy – General Overview

Mobiles, Laptops, Tablets & Large Appliances
- 7 Days – Service Centre Repair/Replacement
- Final decision rests with brand/service partner
- For DOA (Dead on Arrival), valid service centre approval required
- Fresh items (Milk, Fruits, Vegetables):No Refund
- Packaged grocery:7 Days Refund Only
- No Questions Asked (where applicable)

5. Return Pickup & Quality Checks
During pickup, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Correct Product:IMEI / Serial number / Brand must match
- Complete Product:All accessories, manuals, freebies included
- Unused Conditions:
- No stains, damage, or tampering
- Devices must be factory reset
- iCloud / screen locks disabled
- Undamaged Packaging:Original box must be intact
Pickup will be refused if condiƟ ons are not met
6.Refund Processing
- Refunds are initiated only afer seller receives and verifies the returned product
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Timeline: 5–7 business days
7.General Rules & Exceptions
- Only one replacement per order is allowed
- Missing accessories may be replaced or compensated via e-voucher
- For open-box deliveries, issues must be reported at the time of delivery
- Installation-based products must be opened only by authorized personne
- My Eazy Bazaar reserves the right to limit returns to prevent misuse
